I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a prime location in London. I was able to walk to all the attractions within 30 minutes, making it very convenient for my sightseeing trip. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel's staff were extremely responsive and helpful, always available to answer any questions I had, day or night. The apartment I stayed in had a simple and easy layout, making it comfortable and practical. Everything was clean and well-maintained, including the bedroom and showers. I had a great experience at Grosvenor Gardens By Capital.

It felt fresh and inviting, and the cleanliness was definitely appreciated.

Lack of amenities: There were a few disappointments when it came to amenities. The apartment lacked basic supplies such as milk or milk substitutes, and there was only a limited amount of tea and coffee provided.

Lift didn't work.

Conveniently located near Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, and Victoria Station. Modern and clean apartment within walking distance to major attractions. Easy access to rail and tube transportation. a fantastic experience.

The cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. There were noticeable marks and stains on various surfaces, compromising the overall hygiene and appearance.

The apartment had free WiFi, which was great for scrolling through social media and ignoring the dirty kitchen and broken equipment.

Who needs hot water anyway? It's much more fun to take ice-cold showers and pretend you're in the Arctic.
